    C196105
  1. Install the 3 new nuts and the front shock absorber with coil spring.

    Torque:
    39 N*m{ 398 kgf*cm , 29 ft.*lbf }

    C200842
  1. Tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    17 N*m{ 175 kgf*cm , 13 ft.*lbf }

  1. Install the front shock absorber with coil spring onto the steering knuckle.

    C196106
  1. Install the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    164 N*m{ 1672 kgf*cm , 121 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    Keep the bolt from rotating while loosening and removing the nuts.

    SST
    09817-33190
    09922-10010

    Torque:
    without SST:
    59 N*m{ 604 kgf*cm , 44 ft.*lbf }
    with SST:
    41 N*m{ 414 kgf*cm , 30 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    1. Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).
    2. This torque value is effective when SST parallel to a torque wrench.

2. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION SUPPORT DUST COVER

3. INSTALL FRONT SPEED SENSOR

C196521E01
  1. Install the front flexible hose and front speed sensor with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    Bolt A:
    29 N*m{ 296 kgf*cm , 21 ft.*lbf }
    Bolt B:
    29 N*m{ 300 kgf*cm , 22 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Install the flexible hose and speed sensor without twisting them.

4. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY

C193209
  1. Install the stabilizer link with the nut.

    Torque:
    74 N*m{ 755 kgf*cm , 55 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a socket hexagon wrench 6 to hold the stud.

5. INSTALL TIE ROD END SUB-ASSEMBLY

C193211
  1. Install the tie rod end onto the steering knuckle with a new castle nut.

    Torque:
    59 N*m{ 600 kgf*cm , 43 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    If the holes for the clip are not aligned, tighten the nut by a further turn of up to 60°.

  1. Install a new clip.

6. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

Torque:
103 N*m{ 1050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }

7. INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK
